UK Orders
We hope that you love your PHOX Planner, but if you live in the UK and wish to return your order you are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK law. Please see below for the terms & conditions of refunds & returns.
To request a refund, please email hello@phoxplanner.com stating your reason.
You have 14 days to request a refund and then have a further 14 days to return your item(s) to PHOX Creative Ltd in perfect, unused condition, in the original packaging. We recommend using a recorded delivery service to return your item(s) to us, to ensure the postal service delivers it safely back to us. You are responsible for paying for return postage.
If you request a refund for your UK order within 14 days but do not then return the item(s) to us within the following 14 days after, we would be unable to offer a refund.
Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any UK orders that are outside of the 14 day period after your item(s) have been confirmed as delivered to you by Royal Mail Parcelforce.
All appropriate refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
International Orders
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any international orders, but should you have any questions or comments about your PHOX Planner please contact us by emailing hello@phoxplanner.com and we will be happy to help.
